If your request has already been approved, or if your purchase is for consumables valued at less than $50, fill out the Reimbursement Request Form to get paid.
If you are purchasing an item via online classifieds (FB Marketplace, Kijiji, etc) or any other situation where you will not get a receipt, please fill out this form and have the seller sign it.
