Many purchases require pre-approval from the Board of Directors in order to be eligible for reimbursement. Fill out the Purchasing Approval Form to request permission.
If your request has already been approved, or if your purchase is for consumables valued at less than $50, fill out the Reimbursement Request Form to get paid.
If you are purchasing an item via online classifieds (FB Marketplace, Kijiji, etc) or any other situation where you will not get a receipt, please fill out this form and have the seller sign it.
