• 10 single gang decora wall plates (We need 14 total, we have 4.)

Lounge-specific

• 2 decent sofas and 2 decent armchairs
• flatscreen LCD TV/display
• working digital projector (resolution not critical, but working bulb is)

Workshop-specific

• more stackable chairs

Kitchen/Bathroom

• hotplate
• coffee maker
• electric kettle
• small water heater for bathroom & kitchen (laundry) sinks
• toilet paper holder
• hand towel rack & towels (for bathroom)
