  • Prime & paint the Lounge (Michael)
  • take fridge to curb Thursday evening (for Friday morning garbage pickup)

Saturday Sept 26

  • tiling the kitchen (Gus, Cheryl?)
  • paint window frames (Steph)
  • Two Hands Project visits

Sunday Sept 27

  • final clean-up and prep (Steph, Ben, Bevan, Darin)

Advertising

  • Posters need to be posted around town

Space Prep

Front Door & Signage

  • front door needs to be painted with glossy black enamel paint (Ben has paint and has volunteered to do the door)

Lounge

  • shelving needs to be re-arranged to open the space back up
  • remove anything we're not keeping
  • wash the floors. again.
  • project displays
  • kwartzlab info displays?
  • garbage bin

Work Room

  • wash the floors. again.
  • tables for food/beverage service
  • garbage bin

Kitchen

  • floor needs to be tiled
  • garbage bin

Bathroom

  • bathroom needs to be cleaned right before the party
  • towel rack hung, and fresh towel(s) in place
  • check hand soap & toilet paper

Food & Drink

  • need a cash box (Eric/Alex should have) with small bills/change

Catering

  • order food, soft drinks
  • plates, cutlery, napkins, cups

Booze

  • liquor license is in hand
  • need to order & pick up liquor -- how much?
