		<description><![CDATA[A friend sent me this link.  I am sitting here in the red brick building right beside the former Epton site, looking out the window at the UW Pharmacy School building.  It is a really neat photo. My company actually remediated the Epton site but we were not involved with the demo of the water tower.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t think a different lens would help: Imagine lines running from several real objects in the photo, through the image of the same object in the photo. If you have the photo lined up properly these should all converge to a point, and if you locate your camera lens at that point, everything should match up regardless of the lens you use. If you can get lines from several equally-distant objects to converge to a point, but the lines from other objects at different distances don&#039;t converge to the same point, it is because the photo is too close/far from the real objects.
The distance from this convergence point to the photo is related to the lens used in taking the original photo, and the amount of enlargement in making the print.
It is hard to do with this photo because many of the prominent objects are either gone now (e.g. the water tower) or don&#039;t define specific points (e.g. the rails).
But getting it lined up better would really require a stand to hold the photo...]]></description>
