Tangled Memento

Our September Art Wall artist is the supremely awesome Terre Chartrand.

The work, entitled Tainted Memento will be on display at Kwartzlab for the remainder of September. Terre will be in the lab Tuesday, September 12 (today!) to talk about the piece.

If you’re coming to Open Night specifically for the opening, Terre asks that you register so we have some idea who’s coming. (This isn’t required if you’re simply coming for the usual Tuesday Open Night festivities).

Local artist Terre Chartrand will be hosting an opening of the work Captured Corpus.

The artist will be giving a short talk about the piece and process and the rest of the evening will be a casual drop in. Drinks after will be planned during the event.

The opening will be at KwartzLab – at the corner of Duke and Breithaupt in the Boehmer Box factory. Entrance is at the corner, follow the KwartzLab signs. This work was generously sponsored by the Region of Waterloo Arts Fund and the space is sponsored by KwartzLab.
