Space Out! at kwartzlab totally rocked

By

Backyard astronomer extraordinaire, Darryl Archer, rocked the lab tonight, presenting the solar system through his amazing pictures.

Darryl rocked not only the space pics, but also pics of his observatory and telescope. This pic of the scope doesn’t do it justice. It’s the size of a 55 gal drum (in my mind anyway).

The night was so successful, in fact, that Ed almost smiled.

Thanks again Darryl for a great talk. Hopefully we’ll be seeing a lot more of you at the lab. And thanks to Karl for putting the event together, to everyone who promoted the event, and to Ed and Alex for working the door!

Happy making,
DW
