Nintendo DS code at TON
By DW
Here’s a first at TON: home-rolled code, made with an OSS toolchain, running on a DS. Our good friend, Ryan Fox, came by and demo’d his maze-solving code. Very cool.
More after the break…
Ryan also demo’d…
a program that would determine a polynomial equation of degree n-1 describing a curve where n is the number of points you tap on the screen. Hmmm, there was some stuff about Newton in there too, but I was overtired. Ryan studied this in his engineering courses at UW and for fun decided to code it to run on the DS. Really cool! Thanks for coming out to the lab, Ryan, and bringing something to work on/demo!
Happy making,
DW
