I be rockin’ them beats…

Every creative space needs a freakishly-loud sound system. Ours comes, no surprise, by way of donated parts. This amp was kindly donated by Mike Carmody (thanks Mike!) and was delivered with a service manual to boot! Sweet. Aspiring DJ’s need only show up with their BlackBerry handhelds, or iPods, or laptops and jack in via 3.5mm plug.

Our super-intendent, Burhan, hooked us up with a pair of PolkAudio speakers.

I fabbed up these brackets last night so we can hang the speakers up out of the way. Ben is going to kick in some speaker wire, so all I need now is 20 feet of chain and 4 lag eyebolts and we’re good.
